Company History

Since 2001, our owner Steven Northcutt has been a leader in the commercial, wood-framing industry. From restaurants to multifamily to office buildings and everything in between, NC Contractors has framed commercial builds of all sizes. Our crews have experience in the building process and know what it takes to partner with the G.C. or owner to keep the project on schedule. Our office location is located in Seymour, Indiana and we typically stay within a 90-minute radius. However, we do travel for some projects. Our wood framing experience includes IFUs, ground-up builds, remodels, additions and more. We also do metal framing, roofing, and siding.

Family Business

NC Contractors is a family owned business. The "NC" stands for "Northcutt", the family that founded and still operates the business. We believe in the importance of family and put that into practice in three ways.
